only back for 12 hours and i'm already mourning the loss of access to all the yummyumm things los angeles offered!
there were the delicious vegan- cleanse-yourself-from-inside-brainwash meals
like at cafe gratitude where i had the "i am humble" bowl which later turned out to also be jeremy scott's favourite meal there
tortillas and guacamole
or at cafe flore in silverlake, 3183 w. sunset blvd ...
and one of my favourite delis ever ever was joan's on third, 8350 west third st
mary had omelette and english muffin
and i had toasted bagel and eggs benedict
i later returned to have some of the amazing carrot cake - see photo on facebook...
and one of the greatest things that happened was being invited to join a rubifox dinner party, it's hosted by simone rubi and janella fox - two wonderful women curating these special evenings, inviting a small group of friends for dinner/concert/party
i met nicest and most creative and inspiring people
i had the most delicious four course meal
i saw the most goosebump-causing concert by the range light of wilderness, from big sur
more about the rubifox event and how feist was there too and i did not recognize her soon
